Honestt is a video testimonial platform that enables businesses to collect, manage, and share authentic video testimonials from their customers. The Service includes:

• Shareable recording links for collecting video testimonials
• Browser-based video recording (no app download required)
• Dashboard for managing and organizing testimonials
• Video storage and delivery infrastructure

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

5. Video Content and Ownership

You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from individuals who record video testimonials through your recording links. This includes consent for recording, storage, and any intended use of the testimonials.

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided at our discretion

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honestt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
